The generosity & support of everyone involved & those who pay to come to the event every year, rain or shine, has raised some £270,000. Over a decade later, Barnet’s Summer Soulstice still raises money for independent charity Cherry Lodge Cancer Care, as well as other local causes close to the organisers’ hearts. What started as a small gathering among friends back in 2007, celebrating their dear friend’s life & raising money for a local charity, has now grown into a one-day boutique festival in North London, featuring some big names in the world of UK soul & attracts almost 5,000 people from all over the country.
